How the operator asks you to book
The Star Brisbane's access page asks guests to call Reservations about the Accessible River King and Accessible City King rooms and to tell staff, at the time of booking, about any additional needs of anyone in the party. If you send your request through us, put those needs in the notes; we copy them into our request to the hotel.
Around the building
According to the operator, all restrooms in The Star offer accessible toilet facilities, there are disabled parking bays close to the car park entrance lobbies, and the building has lifts to each level. The Leisure Deck is reached by the George Street lifts.
Across the river, the Neville Bonner Bridge was opened as a pedestrian connection between the precinct and the South Bank cultural forecourt. We have not measured gradients ourselves and the official pages do not give them, so we do not describe the bridge as step-free; ask us and we will check what we can.
What we cannot tell you
The hotel does not publish turning circles, bed heights, shower type or whether hoists are available. Those are questions to ask the hotel directly before you confirm; we include them in our request if you list them.
